Urban Strategy<\/strong> is a consulting firm specializing in the design and implementation of territorial development strategies, as well as comprehensive management of strategic projects for public administrations and sectoral organizations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Urban Strategy<\/strong> is the connecting link joining the networks where important partners come together who are experts in developing territories and organizations<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

MPE and Urban Strategy<\/strong> have reached a collaborative agreement<\/strong> whose first result has been, on MPE\u2019s<\/strong> side, a Strategic Idea Model<\/strong> for the \u201cLas Leyendas<\/strong>\u201d (The Legends) Park<\/strong> in the city of Lima, Peru<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This Model is supported by some mobilizing vectors<\/strong> on which we proposed to act and which, although they are common to most amusement parks, depending on the concepts we apply and the treatment we give them, can lead us to modify the image of the park by transforming it<\/strong>, from the visitor’s standpoint, into a new, modern and dynamic place<\/strong> that vibrates to the rhythm of the themes that it harbors, with a capacity for renovation and surprise, year after year<\/strong>, to motivate repeat visits and win potential new customers.<\/p>\n\n
