Park"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With the help, once again, of our collaborator and friend <strong>Alfonso R\u00edos<\/strong>, <strong>MPE<\/strong> designed a <strong>Strategic Idea Model<\/strong> for the <strong>S\u00e4rk\u00e4nniemi Amusement Park in Finland<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Our model is based on a selective analysis applied to three fundamental questions for the Park\u2019s commercial operation:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Its operational market framework<\/li>\n<li>It stable offering mix<\/li>\n<li>The surprise factor and the season\u2019s teaser<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Basing ourselves on these premises, we had to act directly on the current <strong>S\u00e4rk\u00e4nniemi Park<\/strong> offering from different <strong>mobilizing vectors<\/strong>, with clear objectives for <strong>winning customers, participation, added services, optimization, expansion and adaptation of the existing resources<\/strong> with an eye to improving their marketing success.<\/p>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">For a conventional amusement park, whether large or small, basing growth and development on the <strong>satisfaction of its customers\u2019 expectations<\/strong> through <strong>different and attractive come-ons<\/strong> each year, above all if these come-ons entail the acquisition of new mechanical attractions, is practically impossible as well as economically unviable, even when there is an interesting market of second-hand attractions. This is why years ago we developed a <strong>new Strategic Idea Model<\/strong> for amusement parks and zoos, based on live action, on <strong>interrelation with the public<\/strong> through which visitors become the <strong>leading characters in the proposal<\/strong>.
